What we process

When you ask ResponseAI for reply suggestions, the message text you selected is sent to our server and then to Anthropic's API, which generates the suggestions. We do not store the content of your messages. It is processed to produce the reply and then discarded.

What we store

A random identifier generated in your browser, used to count how many free replies you have used and whether you have an active subscription.
A count of how many replies you have generated.
Your subscription status (active or not).

We do not store your name, email address or the content of your emails and messages on our servers.

Payments

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your card details are entered on their checkout page and never reach our servers. Their privacy policy applies to that part of the process.

Third parties we use

Anthropic — generates the reply suggestions.
Cloudflare — hosts our server and stores the usage counter.
Lemon Squeezy — processes subscriptions and payments.

Your choices

You can stop all processing by removing the extension from your browser. To request deletion of the usage record associated with your identifier, contact us at the address below.

Terms of Service

The service

ResponseAI is a browser extension that generates suggested replies using an AI model. Suggestions are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it.

Free usage and subscription

Each installation includes 10 free replies. After that, continued use requires a subscription of $5 per month, billed monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal link in your purchase receipt.

Acceptable use

Do not use ResponseAI to generate spam, harassment, deceptive content, or anything unlawful. We may terminate access for misuse.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. AI-generated text can be inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation. We are not liable for how suggestions are used, or for any loss arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
